PACwell was retained to appraise a 5,000 acre vineyard operation in Salinas Valley.  The owners were dissolving their partnership and needed to value the operational equipment of this enterprise.

PACwell conducted an in-field inspection of the active field and harvesting equipment as well as the inactive wine processing facility.
